BASIS FOR CHARGING

All work is billed as work in progress and is based on time spent on your business. Billing is monthly to avoid any cash flow issues for your business. No premium charges are imposed for any afterhours work as hour hourly charge is fixed. All direct travel costs are charged as out of pockets on a reimbursement basis.

Basic charges

Our current Professional Fees charge rates are:

Principal $220.00 per hour (including $20.00 GST)

If secretarial/other staff are engaged - $77.00 per hour (including $7.00 GST)

While the abovementioned fees are the current charges, hourly fees may change. Please contact our firm for confirmation of the current rates. A comprehensive engagement letter is sent to you prior our appointment detailing your rates.

Out of Pockets

All direct out of pockets (travel costs, filing fees, lodgement fees, registration and incorporation fees etc.) are charged at cost.

Service Charges

Normally we do not charge for short phone calls and minor email advice/attendance, however photocopying and providing copies of previously sent information is charged on a time basis.
